Dear ANZBA Members,
All members are encouraged to attend the Annual General Meeting which is to be held at the Settha Palace on Wednesday 3rd December, commencing at 6.00 pm, followed at 7.00pm by Sundowners. The AGM is an important occasion at which members may express their views and contribute to the Association's direction and activities during the coming year. The AGM will also elect the Board of Directors for the coming year.
This year the Board proposes some amendments to the ANZBA Constitution. The proposed amended constitution, along with a document detailing changes compared to the current version, will be forwarded to members for consideration no less than one week before the AGM.
Should you be unable to attend, it is important that you assign your proxy to another member representative who is able to be present on the day. It is essential that you nominate the person to whom the proxy is to be assigned. Proxy forms are attached and should be emailed to events@anzba.org by Monday 1st December 2008.
