ANZBA is directed by an elected board of six. Following the election of the board in March of each year, responsibilities are assigned to each board member. These are based on the measures considered necessary for the achievement of the ANZBA's strategic goals and may vary from year to year.

				Peter Albert President Peter is the Executive General Manager - Asia for the Australian mining company, Oxiana Limited. In Laos he holds the position of Managing Director of Lane Xang Minerals Limited, the company which owns and operates the Sepon Mine. Peter has been working and living in Laos for 7 years. 				Lindsay Owler Vice President Lindsay is an Executive Director of Argonaut Resources NL and Managing Director of Argonaut Resources (Laos) Co. Ltd., which is exploring for minerals in Laos. Lindsay has participated actively in the Australian business community during the four years he has been resident in Vientiane. Lindsay can be contacted at lindsay.owler@anzba.org

				Allan Marlin Treasurer Allan is a career banker with over 40 years experience. Has worked in a number of countries in the region. Allan is married and has one son who will be attending university this year. Allan can be contacted at allan.marlin@anzba.org

				Catherine Follett Secretary Catherine Follett has lived in Laos for 3 years. After 10 years in Australia working mainly in criminal law, she spent two years working in the Australian Embassy in Vientiane as the Immigration Manager and has recently moved to the law firm LS Horizon, a Bangkok based law firm with an office in Vientiane. 				Tilly Lewis Sponsorship and Activities Director Tilly has been living and working in Laos since 1995. During this time she has worked with Lao Toyota, Unilever and ALS Chemex where she gained considerable experience dealing with business in Asia. Tilly has since joined Argonaut Resources (Laos) Co. 				Ariya Bounpraseuth Communications Director Ariya is an Australian of Laotian descent, grew up in Sydney and returned to Laos 2 years ago. He is currently working with BlueGrass Design, a Vientiane based advertising and communications consultancy as Creative Director. Ariya's field of expertise is marketing communications, graphic and multimedia design. Ariya can be contacted at ariya@anzba.org
